Welcome to www.navkara.com (the “Site”), operated by Navkara LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any services, products, or features provided through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order placed through the Site at our sole discretion. This may include orders placed using the same customer account, billing address, shipping address, or payment method. If your order is modified or canceled, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided at checkout.

 

5. PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Each Navkara creation is handcrafted. The natural variation of stones and metal can vary slightly from one creation to another. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, images and dimensions of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color or product image will be accurate.

We make every effort to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or refuse orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time, including after you have placed your order. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

 

6. PAYMENTS

All products purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

 

7. SALES TAX

Navkara LLC will automatically apply sales taxes to your order based on applicable state and local sales tax laws and shipping destination.

The terms contained herein are subject to change as taxation regulations continue to evolve. Navkara LLC continuously monitors state and local tax laws to ensure compliance.

Customer shall be responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding payment of all use taxes, duties and other taxes and the declaration of goods in their state or country of residence. Your purchase may be subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. For any purchase which Navkara LLC does not collect sales tax, your state may require you to report such purchase and remit tax on a sale, use or individual income tax return.

 

8. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Promotions are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Offers may not be combined with other promotions or applied to previous purchases. Custom pieces are excluded from most promotions unless otherwise stated.

 

9. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Services or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. All content on the Site—including text, graphics, photos, designs, videos, logos, icons, and product images—is the exclusive property of Navkara or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.  You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from Navkara.

 

11. USER SUBMISSIONS

Any content you submit (including product reviews, comments, or social media posts tagged with @navkara or #navkara) may be used by Navkara for marketing purposes. You grant Navkara a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content across any medium.

 

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

This Site may include links or integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, Afterpay, Instagram). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy policies of third-party websites or services. Your use of those services is at your own risk.
