Repairs

We offer complimentary repair services for any manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of purchase. Each request is carefully reviewed to ensure the highest standard of service.

Please note that repairs resulting from normal wear, improper care, accidental damage, or misuse are not eligible for complimentary service. Such requests may be accommodated at our discretion and may incur a service fee.

We accept repairs only for Navkara pieces. When reaching out, please include:

· The item requiring repair

· Your original sales invoice

· Your current contact information

Each repair request is evaluated individually to ensure the appropriate care and craftsmanship is applied.

 

Resizing

We are pleased to offer complimentary resizing on eligible pieces. Resizing is available provided the integrity, comfort, and design of the piece can be preserved.

Due to the unique construction of certain designs, some styles may not be suitable for resizing.
